Welcome to A Dog’s Best Life K9 Training. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

A Dog’s Best Life K9 Training offers professional dog training services including:

• In-home private training

• Board and train programs

• Puppy training

• Behavior modification

• In-home dog boarding (for eligible clients)

All services are subject to availability and require prior booking and confirmation.

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your dog(s)

• Ensure your dog is up-to-date on vaccinations (proof may be required)

• Follow training guidelines provided by your trainer

• Supervise your dog between sessions and maintain the training at home

• Inform us of any behavioral issues or health conditions that may impact training or safety

• Sign a legal binding contract prior to the start of our services

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

• Payment is due in full before services begin unless otherwise agreed.

• Deposits (if required) are non-refundable unless canceled within 30 days of booking.

• Cancellations must be made at least [24–48] hours in advance to avoid fees.

• No refunds will be issued once a board and train program has started.

• Refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Safety & Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, you acknowledge:

• Dog training involves inherent risks, especially in behavior modification cases.

• Owners are responsible for their dog's behavior at all times, during and after training.

• A Dog’s Best Life K9 Training is not liable for injury, damage, or loss caused by your dog before, during, or after services.

5. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Copy or reproduce content without written permission

• Use our site for unlawful purposes or attempts to gain unauthorized access

• Submit false or misleading information

6. Media Release 

Unless otherwise requested, you agree that A Dog’s Best Life K9 Training may use photos or videos of your dog for training documentation, marketing, or educational purposes.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
